Gourmet restaurant under new management

Michael Preindl, 30, whom our guests have already known as a sommelier and head of our vinotheque, is now the new kitchen chef of the Aurora gourmet restaurant.

He approaches this challenging and exciting task with enthusiasm and passion, since his heart has always belonged to cooking. The native South Tyrolean completed his apprenticeship at the renowned “Königshof” in Munich under star chef Bobby Bräuer, where he learned more than just the basics of preparing exclusive meals.

Micheal Preindl has proven his versatile skills many times at the Aurora Restaurant, also as a manager. He has already been a magnificent holiday substitute for former kitchen chef Richard Dafner. This experience greatly benefits our gourmet restaurant. Pleasure is a commitment, as our kitchen chef knows. He finds pleasure in surprising our guests with delicious creations. Creativity and quality are his principles. Michael Preindl serves exquisite dishes, multi-course menus, or simple snacks. The kitchen team also offer a catering service or even cook at your own kitchen upon request. Ambitious amateur cooks can learn the gourmet secrets of this young chef at the cooking school. The repertoire includes all culinary registers: “It's all good, as long as it's good.”

Gourmet Restaurant Opening Hours:

Mondays to Saturdays only open on evenings from 6 pm to 11.30 pm
(warm meals until 10 pm)

Sundays also open at lunch time from 12 pm to 2.30 pm
Evenings from 6 pm to 11.30 pm
